This policy explains what personal information Alzubairy Technology (“we”, “us”) collects through alzubairy.tech and while providing our services, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little information as possible and to use it only to serve you.
1. Who we are
Alzubairy Technology is a company registered in the Republic of Yemen that provides academic support, engineering, programming, design, and tutoring services online to clients in the Gulf region, the Arab world, and internationally. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us through the channels listed on our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a service request
- Your name.
- Your preferred contact app (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord) and your number or username on that app.
- Your country, if you choose to provide it.
- The service you are interested in, your description of the work, and your deadline.
- The language of the page you used.
Please do not include passwords, identity numbers, or other sensitive information in the request form.
When you write a review
The display name, country, rating, and text you enter, and the date you gave consent to publish them.
During your project
After you contact us, we communicate on WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord. Messages and files you send there are used only to deliver your project. Those apps are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies.
Technical information
- Abuse protection. To limit spam and repeated attempts, we create a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address and count requests from it. We do not store your IP address itself, and these counters are deleted within about one day.
- Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is submitting the form.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver and secure the website.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. Visitors to the public website receive no cookies from us. A single security cookie is used only when the site administrator signs in.
3. How we use your information
- To contact you about your request, prepare a quotation, and deliver the agreed work.
- To keep records of requests and agreed terms while a project is active.
- To publish your review, only if you have given consent.
- To protect the website and our clients from spam, fraud, and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We never publish your name, your work, or details of your project without your explicit written permission.
4. Who can see your information
Access is limited to the people who need it to serve you: the administrator and the specialist assigned to your project. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, database, security, and bot protection.
- Telegram: instant notifications of new requests sent to the administrator.
- WhatsApp, Telegram, or Discord: whichever app you choose for communicating with us.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. How long we keep information
- Service requests are deleted automatically 180 days after the request is completed, closed, or declined. Requests that remain inactive are deleted after 360 days.
- Project files exchanged in chat are deleted from our devices within 90 days of project completion, unless you ask us to keep them or the law requires otherwise.
- Reviews remain published until you ask us to remove them.
- Abuse-protection counters are deleted within about one day.
6. How we protect information
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Request data is stored in a private database that is not publicly accessible, and the admin panel requires a password and a second authentication factor. Database queries use parameterized statements, all form input is validated on the server, and access attempts are rate limited. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if a problem occurs.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information, including your request or review;
- withdraw consent, for example to the publication of your review;
- object to or ask us to restrict certain uses of your information.
To make a request, contact us through any channel on our Contact page. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by quoting your request reference number. If you live in a country with a data protection authority, you may also contact that authority.
8. Children
Our services are intended for university students, researchers, and adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you submit a request.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
