These terms apply to all services provided by Alzubairy Technology (“we”, “us”) and to your use of alzubairy.tech. By submitting a request or accepting a quotation, you agree to them.
1. Our services
We provide academic support, presentations, engineering, programming, design, and tutoring services. The exact scope, deliverables, price, and timeline of each project are agreed in writing, usually in the chat where we communicate, before any work begins.
2. Academic integrity
All services are subject to our Academic Integrity Policy. We do not complete graded assessments or exams on anyone’s behalf, and we may decline or stop any project that would break that policy. You are responsible for following the rules of your institution, including any requirement to declare assistance.
3. Requests and quotations
- Submitting a request is free and does not create any obligation for either party.
- A quotation states the scope, price, currency, and estimated delivery date. It is valid for 7 days unless it says otherwise.
- A project is confirmed when you accept the quotation and we receive the advance payment.
4. Payment
- 50% in advance: work begins after the advance payment is received.
- 50% on delivery: the remaining balance is due when the completed work is delivered.
- Accepted payment methods, such as local bank transfer or international money transfer services, are confirmed with your quotation. Any transfer fees charged by your bank or transfer service are paid by you.
- We may share a preview of the completed work before the final payment and send the final files once it is received.
5. Delivery and revisions
- Delivery dates are agreed in the quotation. If your feedback or materials arrive late, the delivery date may move accordingly.
- Revisions within the agreed scope are included for 14 days after delivery.
- Changes outside the agreed scope, or requests made after this period, are quoted separately.
6. Cancellations and refunds
- Before work begins: you may cancel and receive a full refund of the advance payment, less any transfer fees.
- After work begins: you may cancel at any time. We keep the part of the advance payment that covers the work already completed and refund the remainder.
- If we cancel: we refund all payments for work that has not been delivered.
- Refunds are sent using the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of the cancellation being agreed.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate, complete information about your requirements and deadlines.
- Only share materials that you have the right to share with us.
- Respond to questions and review deliveries within a reasonable time.
- Use our work lawfully and in line with your institution’s rules.
8. Ownership and confidentiality
- Once the full price is paid, you may use the delivered work for the agreed purpose. Third-party components, such as open-source libraries, fonts, or stock assets, remain subject to their own licenses.
- We keep your materials and project details confidential. We never use your work in a portfolio or publication without your explicit written permission.
- Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
We take great care with every project, but we cannot guarantee a particular grade, acceptance, publication, or business result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you accept a quotation applies to that project.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen. We will always try to resolve any disagreement with you directly and in good faith first.
